Biographical details

Mr. Seeman is an experienced litigator who has focused for the past 29 years on real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and condominium and cooperative matters. Fred’s practice has also included numerous large-scale real estate transactions for both residential and commercial properties. In addition to real estate, the firm has extensive experience in commercial and construction litigation. Additionally, Mr. Seeman has extensive experience handling matters before DHCR, HPD, Loft Board, Surrogates Court and AAA arbitration. Mr. Seeman is a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science, CCNY and St. Johns University School of Law. Mr. Seeman is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association and the Real Estate Practice section of the New York State Bar Association. After graduating from St. Johns, Fred was an associate at the Park Avenue Law Office of Fischbein, Olivieri, Rozenholc, and Badillo from 1983 to 1987 and later became a senior associate with David Rozenholc’s Park Avenue Law Office from 1987 to 1989. Fred lives in lower Manhattan with his two sons and is an avid basketball fan who started for his high school team and who has coached basketball at the Carmine St. Recreation Center for many years.
